Every in-stock Ettilux rug arrives with a fourteen-day home trial. Unroll it, live with it, watch the light move across it.

If the piece isn't right, our concierge arranges collection at no cost to you and refunds in full within seven working days of the rug arriving back in Marrakech.

Custom rugs are made only for you and are not eligible for return. To ensure you love the final piece, we send weekly progress imagery from the loom and welcome revisions at every stage.

Vintage rugs are sold as-is and are eligible for exchange within fourteen days, but not for a cash refund.
